We have teams from grades 4 through 11.

EMW strives to make AAU basketball work for everyone. We vary our practices week to week so multi-sport athletes will be able to make most practices. We also survey parents at the start of each season to see which weekends work for them and schedule our tournaments for weekends that work best for most of the team.

We can also work with you! Contact us if you have schedule requests and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

No! We don't base playing time on practice attendance. We know that families are busy. We trust our families to make the scheduling decisions that are best for them.

We don't teach basketball plays; we teach kids to play basketball. Individual skills and teaching basketball IQ are the cornerstones of our program.

We strive to have equitable playing time for every player for the majority of the game. If the game is close, we will play our best players for the last 7-9 minutes of the game.
